Delivery rates are charged based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is heavier.

  • Volumetric Calculation = (Length x Breadth x Height) cm / 5,000 = Vol. Weight (kg).

  • Max Dimension (Length + Breadth + Height) cm should not exceed 300cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.

  • For packages above 30kg, every additional KG will be charged at $0.40 per KG.

Additional chargeable service add-on:

  • Return Goods – (no charges for 1 return trip) (Will be bill under the same price model of a delivery thereafter).

  • Minimum of 10 parcels for pick up.

  • 3rd time delivery due to receiver’s issues – Charges to be billed under the same price model of delivery

  • $3 surcharge applies for each parcels delivered within Downtown, Orchard and CBD areas^1.

  • $8 surcharge applies for each parcel delivery to Changi Airport, Changi Aviation Center, Tuas area

  • Change in delivery location or wrong address would be charged as a new delivery.
